Most products purchased through the Reliance website may be returned within 60 days of purchase date subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have prior authorization. Software and custom labels are not returnable. Reliance Label Solutions will pay the return shipping cost and not charge a restocking fee if the return is a result of our error.
Any alteration of a product's serial number automatically voids the return policy stated above. Products that are returned with an altered or damaged serial number will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
All label products and Vision Software purchased through the Reliance website are covered by the Reliance Label Solutions limited warranty for a period of one year from date of purchase. Our label products are warranted to be free from defects. If we have furnished you with a defective product we will replace it or refund the purchase price if you return the product to us with a prior authorization. No returned goods will be accepted without permission from us. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty as to fitness.
All warranties for software (other than Vision software), printers and printer consumables are covered by the manufacturer of the product. Information regarding these warranties should be found on the manufacturer's website.
